OFCS ISSUE 117 PASSES IN EVERY PRECINCT IN OLMSTED FALLS & OLMSTED TOWNSHIP
Olmsted Falls City School District extends sincere and grateful appreciation to our community for the passage of Issue 117, the zero additional taxes school improvement issue on this past Tuesday’s election ballot.
Passage of issue 117 protects the district’s teaching and learning budget while allowing the OFCS to upgrade facilities and staying ahead of vital repairs – without raising taxes to residents!
The unofficial vote totals were: 6,691 FOR and 4,568 AGAINST. Issue 117 passed in EVERY precinct in Olmsted Falls and Olmsted Township! To view detailed election results by precinct, please click HERE.
To read election coverage from cleveland.com, including quotes from OFCS Superintendent Dr. Jim Lloyd, please click HERE.
Thanks to our voters, OFCS can keep our schools strong and maintain the excellent quality of education for our students. We look forward to keeping you informed on building upgrades and facilities maintenance projects made possible by the passage of Issue 117 in the months and years ahead.
THANK YOU AGAIN BULLDOG COUNTRY!
